      Not many, people are stuck because of pension program.

      Cons

      Very old school- No phones, no talking, against change. Managers have been doing job for 30+ years and do not want a new point of view. Very little opportunity to move up Most people have been in current position 15-20 years wanting to move up so if you are there 3-5 years you have to get in line behind 4-5 people with double experience. And then the still hire someone from outside company. if you are there 10+ years unhappy why leave and give up your retirement and they know it.

      Pros

      Training, Networking and connecting with Manufactures and Manufacture Reps, Buying Power, Graybar has terms with alot of MFG's.

      Cons

      Terrible office environment, unprofessional, must brown nose or your casted out and removed, favoritism, management is back stabbing and inexperienced. Lack of direction, wonder how some people got into the positions they are in. Purposely hiring untalented people to keep them complacent, if your a go-getter, move right along.
