Self-quarantine! they said I could

Good employee owned company takes care of their employees. Some HR workers do not know that what company policy is when it comes to self quarantine and vacation days

Cons

At the beginning of the covid pandemic crisis we were pulled into a meeting and told that if we wanted to self quarantine we could using our vacation days until they expired after that all other days missed the rest of the year would be no pay. I did this in March using all by vacation days and then missed a day in August it was fired we're missing too many days

In general, we can say that Graybar has been mindful to offer support and benefits once we learned of COVID. In the spring, Graybar announced additional COVID leave and days off for sickness, exposure or to care for a family member.
