Over the last few years we have actually worked to enhance our benefit offerings, including increasing vacation time for new employees to start with three weeks, adding a paid day off to volunteer in the community, along with an expanded charitable match program. Additionally, we have not modified our existing health & welfare or retirement benefits in any significant way.
