      If you stay there for 60 years, you'll be slightly above middle class

      Cons

      They don't offer any kind of support to the ISR. Pay is terrible

      Pros

      Employee ownership, growth, and outstanding benefits are all hallmarks of Graybar. If you stay with Graybar you retire well. As a local manager I get strong support from upper management as well as a fantastic local team to work with.

      Cons

      This is not necessarily a con, but to succeed in distribution you have to be highly motivated and take personal responsibility for your achievement.

      Good company but aging.

      Pros

      Great company to work for good benefits. Employee owned. Available to move around within company.

      Cons

      Graybar moves very slow. The processes are a bit antiquated and the software that is used needs a major upgrade.

      Thanks for sharing your comments. Your idea for a dedicated branch teacher is interesting and we will pass it along to our Learning team. We have instituted two major upgraded, modern, cloud-based systems in the past few years and are continually evaluating our technology.
