Pros

The people who have worked there a long time were great. Very professional and understanding. A Decent corporate culture. The branches are like little companies unto themselves and vary greatly in size and structure. Excellent profit sharing plan after 1 year employment.

Cons

Drastically under market for salary. Margins for materials are razor thin so it's easy to lose to competitor or large deals of materials. The organization is so huge, the Sr. Management has no idea of the challenges of front line people and are seriously out of touch. I met the CEO.

The staff is really nice and the benefits are pretty good as well. You get profit sharing, along with raises if you have a good evaluation. All in all, a great place to work

Really Hard to get overtime
