Pros

Really great employees at the floor level, made some great lasting friendships while employed at Graybar. Benefits are decent. The company as a whole is good, but this is depending on the location where you work.

Cons

Turnover is very high. Many great and talented people were let go or forced out. Handful of employees (10+) left/terminated during my time working there. This is not a reflection of the employees working there but it is a reflection of leadership in the specific office named in this review. Lack of training for the folks working on the floor. No teamwork, environment is unnecessarily competitive. These cons apply to the location specified in this review and not necessarily for the Company as a whole.
