Its a fortune 500 company Stock dividends

Cons

Diversity doesn't exist so beware if you are not a European American There is little to no growth. There is nowhere to go. They only recruit via employee referrals so make sure you know someone if you want to get a job or promotion. Graybar is behind in technology so be prepared to use a floppy disk and a really old computer.
