      It may seem like a good opportunity on the surface but you should consider the leadership and the work environment they espouse. Managers make all the difference and these are not the ones you want to work for. They are (generally) contentious, manipulative, difficult, closed-minded, tyrannical. Leadership by intimidation is not leadership. Go elsewhere.

      It started out good, but as time went along it turned into a dead end job.

      Pros

      Decent coworkers in the warehouse. Decent pay, great benefits, good time off. Willing to work with your schedule. Profit sharing and inexpensive stock shares with decent returns.

      Cons

      Stale management most have been in their positions 15 plus years. Lack of communication on updates to procedures. Pay increases kept dwindling year over year, even though you keep up or exceeded their expectations. No communication when you did something wrong, not constructive criticism. Problems were brought to you and a condescending type of fashion. Obvious favoritism in who they liked and disliked.

      Good traditional health benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely old fashioned environment where anything that reflects professional progress in new ideas and modern employee experience culture is not welcomed by upper management and the executive team.
