      Bel-Ridge Location is ran like a sweatshop!

      Profit Sharing. That is it.

      Absolute disregard of employees at the Bel-Ridge Location. Everyone is treated like a child, severely underpaid, and reminded constantly that we're replaceable so we should keep our mouths shut and be grateful. - This negative culture is fostered by senior management, And Low level managers are forced to uphold it.

      Stock is nice. Profit sharing is nice. Fairly stable. What you make of it as long as you don't let leadership get you down!

      Cons

      Executives. Little to no growth opportunities. Talent development a joke. Not a place for women even though the CEO is.

      Great Benefits, compensation is decent.

      Cons

      Favoritism throughout company. Many relatives work for company, they are the ones most likely to move up. Work process unorganized. Uneven workload throughout department, supervisor does not lead, motivate or recognize employees. Unapproachable. Horrible training process. Took a year to learn my job and that was from the help of co-workers not my supervisor. Unable to have any type of conversation with co-workers without being reprimanded.
