Pros

Family feel. People are nice, they take care of each other.

Cons

Poor on boarding. Lack of training and direction. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Pros

There are many decent vendor trainings that they host or send you to. Graybar has good benefits, company car, laptop and cell phone.

Cons

The pay wasn't great. Locked in to a low salary for a couple years, then give you extreme budgets to get too. Pay doesn't reflect amount of margin dollar sales. Not a lot of support. Some management is lacking. Many unnecessary meetings.
