The worst professional experience of my life. I was a Sales Trainee for over two years in the Portland, Oregon branch. Some of the pettiest and most insidious people I've ever worked with. They absolutely love to talk trash about people. The Sales Trainee program is absolute nonsense. First it was supposed to last 6 months, then 9 months, and on and on and on.... I was placed on a PIP for instances when I wasn't even in the office and was on supervisor-approved PTO. The management team in the Industrial space are genuinely a bunch of clowns. Specifically two in particular who should probably be picking up feces for a living instead of managing people. They're that worthless. My coworkers didn't know how to use a computer and refused to learn how to use one. 'Inept' is a word I would use. In addition, when I brought my concerns to HR, they decided it was best to CC my boss and his boss when I asked for confidentiality. They are genuinely a bunch of clowns, that inlcludes the dunce of a woman who works in HR. Good riddance. You're all awful people and karma will get you in the end. You probably know who this is and guess what? I don't care, because you're losers and I won't lose any sleep knowing that you trolls of human beings have zero power over me anymore.

Good compensation program. health benefits are above average. Strong history and name recognition.

Cons

Post sales order support can be challenging.

Great pay for the job Willing to work with you regarding hours

Cons

Extremely overbearing and controlling upper management. Constantly changing regulations regarding the office and rules. Entire office is people looking to one up or sabotage their colleagues.
