      The company itself is great. Good benefits and perks.

      Cons

      The Springfield warehouse is terrible. Bad management, no room for promotion, and they work you like dogs and don’t actually care about you.

      Great benefits from an employee owned company

      Cons

      Base pay is lower than national average. Even though there are other benefits it doesn't make up for the pay gap. Also way too much inter-office drama.
