      Management at AKOH is HORRIBLE

      Pros

      They provide a pension, that is the ONLY decent thing about this place.

      Cons

      Old boys network reigns here. It's all about who they like personally, nobody cares about how you perform your job. One good salesman who gets all the best accounts and everyone else is just an after thought.

      Great at first but time and feelings change

      Great Benefits Profit Sharing Some of your co-workers

      Cons

      Some sales reps shouldn’t be sales reps. When someone has been there for 2+ years and doesn’t know the difference between romex and MC that’s a problem. When you voice your desire to be in sales they’ll just shut you down and promote someone else with less experience You have certain coworkers who come and go when they please and just dump their workload on others and they get the credit for doing nothing
