Pros

The employees I work with are great and the company has pretty good benefits.

Cons

The company and management don't make you feel like you're a value or asset. Getting ridiculed for trying to better yourself and move up within the company happens frequently with some management. They got rid of the pension plan for new or returning employees last year (2015). The company doesn't pay well, and having started working with a bachelors degree, I make the same amount as other employees right out of high school or employees younger with no experience and just a high school diploma. Politics are a major part of this company and whether you move up or not.

Pros

One of the biggest distributors, recognized name, great hours, paid time off, they will hire anybody who is willing to

Cons

Extremely low paying working for any competitor will pay almost double from start, company car costs are astronomical, very little support in regards to training new reps, every man for themselves mentality, current CEO has got rid of pension for new employees and is cutting good employees to show an end of year profit
