Pros

The only good part of the job was being able to work 7am to 4pm.

Cons

The training is an atrocious attempt. It really reflects that lack of leadership in the Accounts Receivable department.

Pros

Employee owned. Stable stock program. Plenty of opportunity to be promoted from withing. The company prefers this. If you are an easily self motivated person there are endless opportunities available. so many people ready to retire, many positions will be available and since they hire from within you will be considered first.

Cons

Medical Benefits are expensive. Weak Management in some districts. Big gap in talent. People have either 25+ years with the company or 5 or less, not many employees with 10-20 years to fill positions once people start to retire. so many people ready to retire, many positions will be available and since they hire from within you will be considered first.
