Pros

They provide incredible benefits, but will go out of their way to limit your access or prevent you from using them.

Cons

They are not compliant with laws regarding workers rights. They refused to provide people with covid pay for testing, did not give us ppe, would not accommodate employees who were not able to work from home. Severely under staffed so using your vacation or sick time does not come without barriers and guilt. The insurance is solid if you are able to get access to it, it took me nearly two years. They are quick to cut over time and force salaried employees to work excessively long hours without proper compensation.

In response to the pandemic, we instituted extra paid leave, paid vaccination time and assistance for finding a vaccination location, instituted remote work for some roles, and directed all locations to follow CDC guidelines.
