Business Outlook
Pros
The lime industry is stable compared to the industry my last employer was in, so there isn't a concern about what is going to happen with the company around the next corner. The leadership is also very strategic and forward thinking so they aren't happy to rest on their laurels. The company has aggressive growth plans that I think are very achievable and because it's still a relatively small company, there are lots of opportunities to grow and develop.
Cons
The company is dispersed throughout North America and New Zealand. My role requires a lot of travel, which I'm not a fan of. Luckily, after a while, I've been able to manage my travel so that it's not as much as when I first started.
