Pros

Graymont is an excellent employer in many ways. I am a part of a strong team in a great atmosphere that encourages teamwork, respect, and growth in equal measure.

Cons

Manufacturing continues to be a male dominant environment, especially at the operations level. This can sometimes make it difficult for women to be seen as more than an administrator or secretary. However, it also depends on the managers!

Nice family owned, but not operated company. Small enough to feel valued and make a difference, but large enough for good benefits. Good work/home life balance.

Cons

Some positions require extensive travel. Possibly a con depending on perspective.

One of the best jobs in the area

Cons

Management is disconnnected starting in the office and going up. No reality checking going on, only numbers. Very disconnected to the work force that is creating the product.
