I work as a Web designer at the Gurgaon office. And I have not posted any bad review for this company as mentioned in review with the title "We are IT employees, not labourers". Someone else has put it and this must be checked Regarding Grazitti, I am working here for the last 4 years and honestly, it is the best company I have worked with ever. - Great management and very friendly people - The work environment is simply the best I have ever seen - Timely bonus and healthy growth for the hard-working people - Good opportunities to visit abroad sometimes. Though I am also serving Notice period here but that is only for growth reasons, nothing else

* A great company to begin your career and adding some basic skills and experience working on big projects under your belt * Bonuses * Friendly and compassionate HR * Flexibility to WFH in urgency

Cons

* Although company has wide range of portfolio and some great clients; the work done for them is very basic and there's not much one can learn after a particular stage * Extreme micro-management * Project co-ordinators managing the projects with zero knowledge on the technology side of things * Senior resources get bonus as much as a junior resource

Culture is good and I am in love with the work and technologies that company have. Senior management is supportive.

Cons

It has a bit small area to work around but it can be minimized once the new building gets ready to work.
