Friends ! this section could extend endlessly.. I have seen some real fake reviews written priorly which say "This company has no cons and is best to work with", but believe me guys, the persons writing that wrong information are as fake as their reviews. 1. To start with, the culture of this organisation is so toxic & negative that people who have come here from good companies or backgrounds will start feeling suffocated so soon that resigning is the ultimate option left for them. 2. Managers are really biased & their decisions are based on favouritism. Although, a Manager is someone who is expected to be a great leader for his team. But here, the Managers themselves are blind mascots who are driving the company towards a deep cliff. 3. Ethics & Morals mean nothing to the management of this company. The day they learn to respect the employees, much things will become better automatically. 4. The employees who leave this company or are on notice period becomes the bad guys in their eyes, but they fail to see the reasons why an employee is leaving their company. 5. Instead of improvising on their short comings, they start harassing the employees mentally & emotionally. They are more like an ostrich who believes in closing their eyes & make them feel like everything is normal & okay. 6. HRs are too slow to respond (just like the judicial system of our country.. case hearings going on & on.. and dates are being given to provide a final resolution your problem, but no solid answer to your basic questions as well). Even if you enquire them about various company policies, they modulate them based on who it implies to. ... and so on.. There are many more things.. probably i can write for an hour more ! So in nutshell, please don't join this company if you want to have a progressive and sound future. Go join this company only if you are okay to categorise yourself as a Manager's puppy who does each & everything only on his Manager's orders.

I wish I had only few cons but the list is long. 1. After each bad review , you will definitely see a good review here which employees are forced to write because grazitti just pretends to be a good organisation. 2. It is a software factory( mind it not a company). The standard of work is zero. 3. Technical people have been made managers who now are not good at even technical skills. As the managers are too much involved in politics. 4. Most of all the managers in this organisation do nothing expect buttering Mr, Alok. 5 Mr Alok(CEO) is only concerned about hours and money. His sole interest in this company is of MONEY MONEY MONEY 6. He is not concerned about the employees. And if employees raise issues, he will have a problem with the employee and never try to solve the problem. Because his sole requirement is money 7. This company has few projects on board and the best work in these projcts is cut copy paste. By doing these stupid tasks(which they call) , they flaunt to be the best organisation in the tricity. 8. They will slowly spoil your career with their cheap politics and then pretend it was never in our hand. 9. They will judge by the number of hours you stayed in a Day and not by the efficiency you have. And they will pay you according to hours you spend like wages that is why it is a factory not company 10. The attrition rate in the company is perfect to define the bad work environment.
