The company ensures that employees are engaged and are happy working here. The orientation of the owners is that employees are one extended family and they are always willing to walk that extra mile to keep employees happy. Work From Home, Leave encashment, Inviting Employees' Parents to workplace as a special mark of respect and thanks to them, apart from so many innovative fun - activities and many more such initiatives are taken very seriously by the owners as well as HR. Trainings, skill enhancement programs, health focus, onsite visits - there is a plethora of opportunities for growth for those who want to take them up. The only person who can limit your growth is you - is so very true here.
