      Was a great company but now it is getting worst day by day

      Pros

      Was great company in terms of career opportunities but with the current management and hr policies it is getting worse to work here.

      Cons

      Timesheet, Unethical HR policies, Unethical management policies, Treating employees like slaves. Typical husband wife management. So it is better not to join this company.

We strongly believe that the achievement of our organization is the result of the combined efforts of each individual. All our HR policies are transparent and well communicated to the employees from time to time. We have onsite opportunities equally open to all as per the requirement of the client and the organization.

      Pros

      - New projects to learn - Decent work environment and teams - Focus on learning new things and training - On-site opportunities for some team members

      Cons

      - Forced Illegal bonds to not let you leave. - Standard husband-wife management style with no alignment and meaningless instructions - The tech managers and leads who are old in the company do not care what you feel. They would just try to pressurise you - Stupid rules for timesheets - No flexibility for work hours or work from home. - Force employees to put fake ratings on Glassdoor

      Thanks for your review. However, this feedback appears to be self-contradictory. Grazitti is a process oriented organization certified by international bodies. Hence, all our HR policies are transparent and well communicated to the employees from time to time. Employees always have the freedom to choose whether they wish to take up any future opportunities or not.
