Pros

Culture is good and I am in love with the work and technologies that company have. Senior management is supportive.

Cons

It has a bit small area to work around but it can be minimized once the new building gets ready to work.

Not an organization to work with - the way they treat workforce is pathetic

# New projects # if you are good at flattering and buttering you will rise for sure. # Cafeteria is reasonably fine. # illogical HR policies , to get new employee in review cycle , they just pay arrears by rounding off months at their own will. Eg: if my review was held after 4 months of completing my 6 months as employee ,they just pay arrears for 2 months . and when asked for where did rest 2 months go you get illogical answers that we have ""rounded off your review cycle "", these are "HR POLICIES" etc etc with no satisfactory explanation

# Employees forced to post fake reviews on glassdoor # They force you to sign up Illegal bonds , to forcefully retain employee # Pathetic timesheet rules # Ultra-Micromanagement , they even want to know if you breath. # No work life balance , even if i worked till late night that isn't compensated . # No over-Time payment to employees , you need to work in your shift and after you go home you need to update clients about every thing you have done. # leads who are old in the company are insensitive. # Employees treated like slaves, that's why everyone who joins this company starts looking for a new job after one year || It's better to be jobless than to join this organization ||
