Pros
Have a huge team size of 500+ employees where 50% are dissatisfied. They offer a good portfolio of services and products. So a fresher can learn a lot. With decent pay, you can live a good life in Panchkula. Alok is a damn good CEO. Exceptional at making the people work, appoint the right people where there is business growth like salesforce, searchunify, lithium, Marketo, list building, graphic designing. Hire messengers as managers/heads of the team to have direct control. Here the teams are HR, Marketing, Content, Inside Sales, Analytics, etc. Team dinner/lunch once in 3 months. Team outings and festival celebrations. Flexible office timings. Secured car parking facility for a few. Coffee and snacks (chips and biscuit) with a budget of Rs 10 per person per day.
Cons
Micromanagement through the incapable project management team. Management doesn't stick with their decisions. Pathetic middle-level management in a few departments. If you want to grow in the organization, either show your worth to Alok as he knows who is doing what, or impress your managers' doesn't matter with work or without work. Not much learning as you grow in the organization. For that, you have to move to a different company within tri-city or to a new city.

Company culture exactly opposite to what they claim Salary is deducted for petty reasons. Toothless HR Bogus HR benefits Harass Employees (Legally and financially ) after they leave company after serving a notice period of 3 Months Favoritism in terms of hikes, bonus At times it was really difficult to escape from prying eyes of my manager
