I am a current employer at this company. I am surprised how current employees are writing such negative reviews.if this is such a bad organization, why are people still continuing.si, clearly either the current employees writing negative reviews are incapable to get jobs outside or how can the company expand so much if it is such a bad place to work. I am working in php team and I can assure that this is also like any other IT company. I have seen this company growing so much in last two years. So, evaluate yourself....700 people can not continue working with such a pathetic company (if reviews are to be believed)

Most people have been here since 8-10 years.Old employees understand the organization and don't want to leave.They provide you numerous oppurtunities and let u take initiatives.Job stability is most here.I came from clicklabs which had hire and fire policy but now I am happy with my role.There are various interactions and onsite travel is one of the pro.They ensure you are fairly paid .If you need financial when you are going through tough time,they provide all possible help.They condone your leave without pay in many situations
