Pros

1. Employee welfare/satisfaction is among the company's priorities. 2. Flexible work timings. 3. 5-day a week. 4. Bi-annual review, plus Diwali bonus. 5. Timely recreational sessions. 6. Great exposure and lots to learn.

Cons

1. Too many daily as well as weekly sheets to fill, which takes up a great deal of the employee's work time. 2. Diwali bonus should be given to new joinees as well, regardless of the little time they've spent in the company. 3. Cafeteria is too much crowded during lunch hours. Needs to be more spacious.

Pros

- friendly atmosphere. - good management. - most of the things are already implemented. - good career opportunities. - No communication gap between seniors,juniors,HRs and management, which is the biggest pros. - keeps employees happy through small treats, a grand Diwali celebration as compared to other companies.

Cons

- There is a hope of improvement in infrastructure though it's nice - Development life cycle followed here is good but need to improve - Timesheet update is an annoying process.
