I’ve been working at Grazitti full-time for more than two years and during the pandemic, the company has proved to be exceptionally wonderful and empathic towards employees. 1. 0 Layoff till now (Pandemic Period). 2. Insurance coverage increased for us, seeing the condition of a pandemic. 3. Honestly everywhere I am seeing a cut in salary but Grazitti has not deducted a single rupee, even in a meeting with CEO where Salary cut was the last thing in mind, I felt proud to part of such an organization. 4. Flexible Work from home, even the leaves are not been deducted, there are many company's who are deducting leaves as employees are working from Work from home. But nothing here 5. Regular training my email box is always full with it, every professional training is amazing but my favourite one is of Health & Wellness talk, that might be as it touches the side of Spirituality, which I feel an important aspect of life. 6. Constant Healthcare Session which my mother also attends with me so that she can also get the benefit of it. 7. I can write endlessly because it is true and about the bad reviews people here I can only say just believe in Karma, if somewhere down the line company is wrong it is their Karma and if somewhere you have been disloyal or opted for unethical practice it is yours.
