Culture is employee friendly. Many many opportunities to learn. New technologies are encouraged. Supportive managers and CEO. Growing. Just 30 odd employees in last 6 months. HR activities are fun. Brilliant work life balance Good salaries and benefits (specially gym benefit) Team lunch! Good set of technical people surrounding you give positive vibes. Located in Chandigarh.

Cons

Some processes like leave approval are manual. Timesheet update is an annoying process. Since more people are getting added, we would need a bigger office.
