The kind of workload we are getting at the team is benefiting the product team in multiple ways it is providing us work life balance as we need not to work after office hours regularly the manager is flexible about providing work after hours. Secondly the work in the team is somehow upskilling as well. I have been in the company from 1 year now and have successfully scored 2 more certification with the support of my team members and guidance of my team manager. All and all the tag Great place to work is truly deserving.
