      Honestly there are no pros. Better give your time to some respectable organisation.

      Cons

      Management is very bad. Management is typical Lala and they have no professionalism. They do Micromanagement of each thing. It feels like you are working as a bounded labour. So I request not waste your time here.

      While every individual has a right to express their thoughts, the expression should come with some responsibility towards whats being said. As a member of this organization - I would like to highlight the employee-centricity of the organization which is so very evident when you work here. The company ensures that employees are engaged and are happy working here. The orientation of the owners is that employees are one extended family and they are always willing to walk that extra mile to keep employees happy. Work From Home, Leave encashment, Inviting Employees' Parents to workplace as a special mark of respect and thanks to them, apart from so many innovative fun - activities and many more such initiatives are taken very seriously by the owners as well as HR. Trainings, skill enhancement programs, health focus, onsite visits - there is a plethora of opportunities for growth for those who want to take them up. The only person who can limit your growth is you - is so very true here. I would encourage you to come and discuss your experience with us in person, perhaps through you we can learn how to make the organization still better.

      Well, i am sorry to not find anything worthy here. Cons include - -Free Laptop -Free Mouse -Free Internet -Free Water And That's it.

      Cons

      -Well, if you know how to boot lick your manager, then this company is just perfect for you. Some high level micromanagement flows in some small scale teams where your manager wont value you if you are into his boot licking. -They seem to say about their Half yearly appraisal scheme but that's only a trap. If you're not a bootlicker then your appraisal will be only 10% as your manager is deaf and blind and wont appreciate you for your worthy time devoted to the organisation. -And there is lack of good projects in the firm. Mostly all development teams(Except SFDC,SearchUnify) have website development projects where you're just made to perform CRUD in the SQL and just some raw HTML. This website development is now out of date but Grazitti people are still working on legacy projects. -If you're a boot licker no matter how bad code you write, you'll still get pretty good apprasals but if not a bootlicker, your manager will curse you no matter how good developer you are. -Know HTML,CSS and be a ROCKSTAR. This is one of the policy at Grazitti I will request you to please not join this vile money making organisation which will never let you grow.

      None, no pros are there. Observe very carefully after every negative review there is one positive review - this should be a big red flag already, Read ahead in cons.

      Company has been putting folks on PIP, firing them, asking to resign in 1 day notice. They will start by creating a very cold, rude environment towards employee(its a really small company - SearchUnify, very easy for them to do this), lets say you are a software engineer, suddenly they will tell you we expect tech lead or architect level or team lead type work from you - which actually is not a big issue - its just the wording they use, they dont care even in fact you are already doing a good work. They do not have budgets, they hire as experiments, and fire them by saying stupid stuff. I dont even want to talk about the other toxic behaviour from ghar jamayi managers- they joined as frehsers and just make your life hell. I would say stay away from this company for you mental and physical well being,
