      Pros

      In these times when companies are firing their employees, Grazitti has gone out of their way to support its employees. The management has themselves made sure that all support is provided to each and everyone in need - be it financially, emotionally or physically. The management created a dedicated COVID fund to facilitate help to all its employees and their families as and when needed. The HR's were on regular hospital visits for all those who required it ensuring essentials like fruits, juices, medicines etc are provided to the patient and the family.

      In times like these is when you realize what is the kind of organization that you are working with and Grazitti has gone out of their way to show immense support, hence no cons
