Pros

There is a great learning curve. Depending on your manager, there is a possibility of advancing in your career and personal development.

Cons

The morale is low, and management is not always professional. The pay does not meet the market standards.

Pros

Not a bad place as far as benefits and pay go.

Cons

The HR and upper management are nowhere to be seen if you aren't in Cincinnati so growth and internal issues are very easily dismissed.

Pros

PTO was great but the benefits are okay only if you are a healthy individual. The hours are good especially since Friday we left at 2.

Cons

Friday at 2 you will hit the door running. This place needs a serious attitude adjustment. The employees and managers that have been in place since the beginning of time are not nice people. They withhold information to keep you from succeeding, constantly setting you up for failure. I feel terrible for the people who have had their long term care insurance sold to this company. The policy holders are treated poorly and it was very upsetting to be a part of this environment and I felt helpless. The older employees are bullies and nothing is done to correct their behavior. If you bring this behavior to the attention of upper management, eventually you begin to feel as though your immediate supervisors are purposefully pushing you to resign. This will not change no matter how high the turnover becomes. They are close minded and pleased with themselves.
