      -Great Benefits, especially the employee stock purchase program -Plenty of opportunities to move around within the company

      -Pay isn't very competitive (at least for the field that I'm in) -Conservative company

      Pros

      Great work environment, one of the best cultures I've ever been apart of. Work/life balance truly is a focal point at GAIC and it makes everything very relaxed yet still very productive.

      Cons

      Advancement is tough in particular as several people stay in their current roles for several years at a time and retention is very high at GAIC providing few opportunities to move up within the company.
