      Pros

      Very team oriented with great opportunities to move up in the company. I’ve been with the company for 10+ years and say to anyone interested that if you want to be part of a family not just a salon team. This place is the one for you. There is additional training that is paid and a huge amount of support from the corporate staff.

      Cons

      The one that comes to mind is that we’re sometimes so busy that it’s hard to help everyone as quickly as we would like. We do need to just focus on on customer at a time and do the best we can.

      Pros

      We have very friendly franchisee and very supportive manager. Great Clips provides paid training off-line as well as on-line academy. Thanks for great support your employees!

      Cons

      To tell the truth, I do not have any complains to do. Everybody works on to make great working environment.

      Pros

      It is good going to work and and having a good team to work with. Communication is a big part of our job, and that is for both customers and the staff.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges working here would be working with to many part time people, not enough flexibility. It makes life harder for other stylists that have to fill in where other staff can not. I still do my best as much as possible. Trying to make everyone happy is virtually impossible. But we make it happen and at the end of the day the job gets done.
