I do not know about other salons but I have work for Kitchener lackner and Waterloo University location And it is the worst place to work at! And is looking to open up a new location at Kitchener Fairway rd.
I have been doing nothing with my life but work and work getting used. Because I had a car! So if you have a car go work there so you can take people to training with you then get fired! You get told it's an open door Policy! But you will never get listened too! I never got more then 30 hours of work a week! And if you ask for a change it won't happen so don't try I for personal reasons (health)can't one one day! So I got fired! I never got to plan out my days because the schedule is never made more then one week! So that why I had that one day to myself to work out thing in my life!
You have to have your own stuff and work any hours they want to you even if you are away and or sick! I felt Threatened every day I was there this place shouldn't be Stressful but it is the most stressful place to be! I absolutely do not recommend these locations !
I forgot to mention haircuts looking good do not mater there, I was told do bad haircuts but be under 15 to 17 mins!
By the way most but 4 of the employees do but have License to cut
