Horrible management, crap pay when you looked at all the tasks you had to do aside for the "receptionist" ones. The duties were often given to us, simply because the stylists don't want to do them. Drama everywhere, the managers can't help with it because they are in the middle of it, picking sides and covering up important complaints from their superiors in order to keep a good image. It was like middle school all over again. Basics: No respect, no hours, no pay.

Different departments are often siloed; the corporate office could use more meeting space. Other than that, it was a great place to work.
