Pros

Esop program and bonus program for management

Cons

The company has hired alot of woke management that gets nothing done. Not the family company it used to be. Has definitely lost sight of the founders core values.

Pros

1. Pay beats out most manufacturers in the area. 2. Good entry level job. 3. Employer profit sharing. 4. Food jobs are stable.

Cons

1. Management is too far removed from day to day tasks. 2. Being a Bulk cheese handler is physically demanding. 3. Not enough emphasis on quality, or in any meaningful way at least.
