Pros

pay is good for the easy work.

Cons

cold. supervision is not nice. they don't care if you have a doctors excuse you still gets points for missing work. at times it is very stressful. I felt as if I was treated like a 5 year old or like I could not understand English.

Pros

The only thing close to a pro is that the pay seemed to be above market rate for my area?

Cons

Very Old School company stuck in the past being run by the "good old boys". The company is too lean to operate how it should and there are too many chiefs with only a few Indians to do actual work, meaning they ride and squeeze everyone to the end. Terrible benefits, nearly no paid holidays, the vacation time is outright laughable and it's impossible to take what little you actually get anyway. Obviously Zero work life balance. Sounds great right... well there's more. I've never worked for a company with such clicke people in all of my career. My peers showed no interest in training or helping me and frankly couldn't even be bothered to have a conversation with me.. one of the coldest and least professional places hands down! I could write pages but I'll stop before sharing my dealings with the juvenile management team and a narcissistic plant manager with a bipolar disorder! There was no telling anybody anything here, they didn't care because they already knew everything and weren't going to change because it all about preserving the GLC ways! Aka we've always done it this way.

Pros

They will pay to get you there.

Cons

The people, general widespread lack of intellectual curiosity and/or intelligence. "The way we've always done things" is a deep rooted mindset, in combination with a lack of processes makes things very inefficient. Seniority and topical optics appear to be valued more than anything. Very old school, outdated, and conservative mindset is prevalent throughout all levels of the company.
