A great opportunity

Pros

There is plenty of room for career growth and learning/development. This company is obviously doing something well since the business keeps rolling in.

Cons

Things move so fast paced. If you take a week of vacation, you feel like you've missed six months. Often times you are held accountable for things that are far outside of your control. Policies are not consistently enforced. I'm not really sure where some of these "rules" were documented.

Pros

Excellent benefit package with self funded 401k and employer funded ESOP with approx 9% salary contribution yearly.

Cons

Some lower level management issues causeing frequent turnover among hourly employees. These issues recently corrected with hiring of new production supervisors.
