Decent pay for the area.

Cons

1. Communication of what is needed to be done could be better. Better communication to empmoyess will enable them to be proactive instead of reactive. 2. Safety and orientation should be taken more seriously. I worked there for 1 week before I was offered a safety walk-through, provided required PPE, and informed of company policies.
