Pros

-Highest pay among all cheese factories in the area. -Profit sharing is only good if you plan to stay in the company for at least 5 years; otherwise, you only receive a fraction and face taxation. -Weekly pay is a plus -Affordable dental insurance

Cons

-Unprofessional and ineffective management - more focused on drama than resolving issues. -Strict attendance policy: if you call in sick without personal days (only 2 per year), you receive a point and lose a vacation day. -Health insurance is extremely EXPENSIVE. You're paying nearly $100 per WEEK for family coverage.
