Pros

Better starting pay than most management companies in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. Offers PTO and benefits after a probationary period.

Cons

Horrible upper managment, lack of professionalism across the board, violated fair housing laws on a daily basis, unfair treatment and harrassment of residents and employees, zero recourse for breach in employee's rights and resident's privacy rights, lack of effective communication skills from all parties (property owners, managers, COO, company president), incorrectly pay their staff on many occasions (seemingly on purpose; i.e. shady business practices), workplace discrimination.

No communication with any of there staff!!! Upper management is lucky to find the parking lot at there own building. Oh yes, that right it's under the hwy 100 over pass hard to see...

The owner prefers to spend his time golfing and getting his inseams measured while his DOO sits in his tiny hot office pouting about being overwhelmed and under paid.
