      Good and Bad - won't address the bad

      Pros

      Company outings, no weekends, contests with rewards

      Cons

      Posted $75,000+ of possible income but have to perform 5x at level of goals to hit that number. Inside sales does not have direct control of your own commission We set apts thats it. You don't get paid for that appointment until after the outside sales run the appointment AND they have to sell it which can take months or over a year sometimes. If you get paid is solely determined by the outside sales and manager if they sell it.

      Pros

      Pay. Working hours. Separate office rooms for everyone.

      Cons

      No benefits, Commission is entirely too demanding to reach on a consistent basis. Management changes direction on a whim and do not inform you until you do something incorrect from the new structure, and then they yell at you. Literally raise their voice on a regular basis. You are not allowed to have a service animal with you. You are treated like dirt and told consistently that you can be replaced.
