      Pros

      People genuinely believe in the work with true passion, true belief in the product to increase student achievement. Collaborative culture where everyone is rolling up their sleeves regardless of title. Remote first culture, mostly good work/life balance. Enough autonomy to do your work. People are always helpful and willing to teach. Look forward to the new executive leadership team's impact.

      Cons

      Processes and systems are catching up to growth pace, lots of building the plane while flying it. Cross-collaboration alignment requires actual effort, but everyone has good intentions.
