Mission driven, product/market fit, sales and growth prospects.

Cons

A lot of change is being inflicted on the organization, silos exist in areas that are hard to breakdown after years of operating that way.

- too much change management/ reorganization - glass ceiling for black success coaches - equity as a buzz word instead of actionable - shift on emphasis in education to emphasis on sales and revenue
