Lack on communication from superiors and lack of training in a lot of departments. I repeatedly asked for tools needed to do my job but the males in the team were provided with everything and i was provided with nothing to do my job not even a measuring tape. When i asked for training, i was given a perfect score on my review to shut me up so i wouldn't ask for training. Also a lot of people that work here have a record or are still doing time in jail but are on work release. Cons and excons still gotta work but that is up to you to decide if thats the environment you want to be in as a female I encountered multiple uncomfortable situations with harassment
