Great group of people to work with generally.

Cons

Rarely look inward for middle to upper management jobs recently. Since the business transitioned from private ownership to corporate, the culture has changed.

Great plains has a good working environment and there are a lot of good colleagues to work with. Good products made here.

Cons

There are not many downsides to working at great plains manufacturing but sometimes it can be a bit busy here
