Pros

Family owned and not worried about meeting share holder dividend expectations. Owner is genuinely concerned about employees and their families. Excellent benefits for this industry. Good bonus incentive program for salaried employees. Lots of variety for new projects. Owner reinvests profits back into the company. Very high emphasis on product innovation and customer satisfaction. Four (4) day work week. Good employee safety culture. Decent tuition assistance program. Great Christmas Party!!

Cons

Limited opportunities for professional development and training. Nepotism is rampant in this company. Salary is below average for this industry. Very little perceived opportunity to move up. Expect micro-management from managers, especially at the smaller sites.
