Pros

The research and development at Greet Plains is a very exciting and challenging place. If you want to go to work each day and not be bored then this is for you.

Cons

Poor management is select divisions. Many R&D management changes in 2024. Little stability. The industries Great Plains and Kubota serves are very cyclical.
