The culture is great. Always looking for ways to improve and new perspective. Salary/pay is competitve. 401k program is fantastic.

There are few cash bonuses.

They will burn you out Get ready for a silo Supervisors in IT are all women, don’t apply if you aren’t a woman. One manager never worked a day in IT in her life, has zero degrees, not certifications, completely unqualified. But was friends with another female manager so she was hired on. Whole group left.
